From the left sidebar, click Content or Planner.

Choose where you want to publish:

5. Create Your Content
Add:

Caption text

6. Set Date & Time
Under Scheduling options:
Turn on Set date and time
For reels, click Schedule
Manually choose your publishing date and time

Review everything and click Schedule.
